Derbyshire County Council have now launched a survey to gain the public’s opinion on the Public Health Advisory Services delivered by Citizens Advice in Derbyshire.
- Derbyshire County Council’s Public Health Team currently commissions the Public Health Advisory Service
- The free service, delivered by Citizens Advice, hosts advice sessions in GP practices as well as other venues
- It provides Derbyshire residents with support on a range of issues including debt, housing, employment, welfare benefits and income maximisation
- People can self-refer into the service or can be referred in through another organisation
- We’re looking to build on the success of the current project and to help us do this we would like to hear from people in Derbyshire who use the service, and those who don’t currently use it
- As part of this we will be carrying out a consultation from Monday 11th April 2022 to Sunday 1st May 2022
- The results of the survey will help inform, and improve, the advisory service moving forward
