We offer both appointments and drop-in sessions at our main offices across Amber Valley, Chesterfield, Derbyshire Dales, Erewash and High Peak. We also run outreach services in your local community at GP surgeries, libraries, Children’s Centres and more.

To speak to an adviser or book and appointment, call our Adviceline on 0808 278 7954. Lines open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm (except Bank Holidays) and all calls are free.
When you visit us, it is important that the adviser you speak to has as much information about your case as possible.
